Testimonials

A young man in a green collared shirtMy supervisor assigned me tasks outside my comfort zone to help me grow my experience in the construction field. He was available to answer any questions I asked and walked me through any mistakes I made.”

鈥 William Meyer, Field Operations Intern

A grinning blond man with a mustache and collared shirtGarrett and Stephanie were very helpful in getting me started with 麻豆直播’s spreadsheet templates and the estimating process. They both tried to make sure I understood why a decision was made and always included me in conversations and meetings.”

鈥 Brayden Klein, Preconstruction Intern

A smiling woman with long, strawberry-blonde hair, a necklace and a flowered shirtThroughout my internship, I was given so many opportunities to grow and learn from some of the best people on the 麻豆直播 team, and I had a great experience in the field and on jobsites learning things first-hand. The hands-on training and positive reinforcement really helped me become the Project Engineer I am today. It was so easy to accept their full-time offer because of how much I grew and learned in my internship and how amazing the team is. I can honestly say the people here are a huge plus. I absolutely plan to grow and build my career at 麻豆直播鈥檚 for the foreseeable future.”

鈥 Katie Toennies, Former Project Management Intern/Current Project Engineer

A smiling man with short brown hair wearing a maroon shirtI鈥檇 have to say that my favorite part of doing internships with 麻豆直播 has just been the numerous job sites I鈥檝e been able to get on now. I鈥檝e been on probably 8 or 9 with them throughout the 3 years I鈥檝e been with them. You鈥檙e seeing something new every single day 鈥 a new problem, a new challenge.”

鈥 Dalton Fox, Former Operations Intern/Current Project Engineer 鈥 Operations

A man with red hair and a blue collared shirt tilts his headThis internship has basically been a huge hands-on experience for me. I wouldn鈥檛 get this at school or possibly even at a different company. I鈥檓 doing stuff that鈥檚 meaningful; I鈥檓 learning actual computer programs that I can use for the rest of my career. I鈥檓 actually learning how to run a meeting. I鈥檓 sitting in real meetings. I鈥檓 not just sitting doing my own work on the side while the rest of the team is off working on actual projects that impact real people. I鈥檓 also actually impacting real people while at the same time doing an internship and still learning my own skills and learning how to improve and prepare for the rest of my career.”
